Membership
The governing body meets in its entirety seven times a year, thus enabling all governors to be involved in the whole remit as outlined in the Terms of Reference.
The Staff Pay and Performance Committee is a sub-committee of the main board of governors, and its members are Jill Forrester, Lucy Donner and Mark Pagan (Chair of the Staff Pay and Performance Committee).

All maintained school governing bodies and academy trusts have a legal duty to provide all of the governance information requested on the gov.uk page in so far as it is available to them. This will increase the transparency of governance arrangements. It will enable schools to identify more quickly and accurately individuals who are involved in governance, and who govern in more than one context.
